Hinge Health's migraine program nearly doubles as GI deal scales
Q3 revenue hit $235.0 million, up 52%. Migraine clients nearly doubled since last quarter, and GI clients rose about 40% since the Cylinder announcement.

Hinge Health is no longer selling only musculoskeletal care. Its third quarter 2026 results, released Nov. 2, show early client growth in migraine and gastrointestinal programs built on top of that MSK base.
Revenue was $235.0 million, up 52% from $154.2 million in Q3 2025. Clients reached 3,270 as of Sept. 30, 2026, up 28% from 2,560 a year earlier. The company raised full-year 2026 revenue guidance to $879 million to $881 million, or about 50% growth at the midpoint. Free cash flow was $112.7 million.
Migraine and GI pull ahead of the MSK base
CEO Daniel Perez said the MSK client base is up almost 30% year over year. The GI Care Program is up roughly 40% since the Cylinder Health acquisition announcement in August. The Migraine Care Program has nearly doubled since last quarter.
On the Nov. 2 earnings call, Perez shared early access migraine results from surveyed members: a 23% reduction in monthly migraine days and a 28% reduction in attack duration, about five hours. Just over half crossed the threshold for a clinically meaningful change on the HIT-6 headache impact scale. More than 800 clients, covering about 9 million lives, now have access to the migraine program.
Those outcomes are from an early access survey, not a randomized trial. Hinge said it plans to submit results for published review later this year.
The $105 million Cylinder bet
Hinge announced on Aug. 4, 2026, that it would buy Cylinder Health for $105 million in cash. Cylinder brought nearly 100 clients across two million lives and had treated more than 150,000 people. Hinge is targeting summer 2027 for a fully integrated GI product inside the same app it uses for MSK and migraine.
Perez tied the deal to overlap. Many members already in MSK, pelvic or migraine care also manage digestive conditions, he said in the acquisition release.
What employers should ask
The pitch to health plans and employers is one platform for several high-cost conditions. The open questions are timing and evidence. Integrated GI is a 2027 product. Migraine outcomes are early access. Buyers should ask for full launch data, not only the surveyed early cohort, before they treat the multi-condition story as settled.
Hinge also said President Jim Pursley will step down effective Jan. 1, 2027, and join the board on Jan. 4, 2027. Aaryn Pure will lead the commercial organization as chief commercial officer after that transition.
